嘉和奖杯是一家优质的奖杯制造商，荣誉承制的经典案有：金球奖，泰利奖，大卫奖，威比奖，联合国奖，和国内各种大型运动会定制奖杯等。奖杯的选材大多为各种有色金属，如：合金，纯铝，红铜，黄铜等，奖杯表面电镀厚镍或18K－24K真金等其它效果。奖杯的底座配以钢琴漆高光木座或者大理石纹理基座，或者金属底座等。奖杯的外观包装高档，考究，保护性能好。根据客人的要求也可以选用树脂或水晶，经验丰富的师傅将非常出色的完成你的设计或项目！

通常我们是按照如下的流程为您服务的：

-- 购买网站上现有奖杯

您可以通过电话，电邮告知您感兴趣的款式，数量，我们将迅速报给您产品单价。一般而言，订单一旦生成，您将在15日之内得到你所喜欢的奖杯。

-- 定制奖杯
您可以通过电子邮件，电话，传真或邮寄等方式告知我们你的要求；

同时，提供给我们尽量全面的信息，例如：一个大致的设计主旨方案，奖杯的用途，奖杯需求时间，奖杯制作预算。充分的信息资料以便我们更好的沟通与服务。
了解到上述信息之后，我们将在3个工作日内与您联系，提供详细的制作计划，设计工艺安排，报价明细，生产周期安排。

一般而言，我们的制作步骤及周期大致如下：
第一步，给您一份最终的设计方案，附设计师之语，大概需要10天的时间。
第二步，手模（泥胚）制作并确认，大概需要10天的时间。
第三步，广告样的制作（如果您需要尽早宣传您的项目或奖项），大概需要7天的时间。

第四步，广告样制作的同时，制作钢模和制作大货样，大概需要35天的时间。

第五步，大货样确认后，开始大货制作，大概需要30天的时间。

额外服务：（额外收取费用另作商议）

将获奖者信息的雕刻在广告牌（铭牌）上；

将广告牌装配在每一尊奖杯之上；

分别包装每一尊奖杯，按照邮寄的安全规格包装；

投递或分派至每一位获奖者手中，例如：章子怡获第65届金球奖，最佳女主角。
电话电邮跟踪奖杯到达情况。

嘉和奖杯的护理：

嘉和奖杯所设计制作奖杯可用我司专门配备的擦拭布擦拭，亦可使用女士化妆粉配以擦拭布进行护理。其他洗涤液，各种毛刷，摩擦性大的布料若用于护理奖杯的话，易产生擦刮痕迹，或对奖杯表面产生腐蚀。对于我司金属奖杯正常有效抗氧化时间：金奖杯抗氧化10年；银奖杯抗氧化时间为6年。

嘉和奖杯包装：

深圳奖杯坊包装采用2种标准包装方式：

金属奖杯采用高档木盒+海绵配以HOLYWELL®擦拭布，木盒大小，海绵形状均为量身定制，按照奖杯具体形状而专门定做，保证奖杯在运输过程中安全，避免因颠簸抖动造成伤害；

水晶奖杯采用锦盒包装，长途运输情况下会衬以海绵防止颠簸，同时附HOLYWELL®擦拭布。

How to purchase an award you find on this site:

   Holywell® sells awards nationally and internationally, retail or whole sale both work. You might check our product catalog from the website and send email written what you’re interested in. Then you will get a formal quotation sheet within 3 days. Generally the awards you’ve ordered will be shipped out within 15 days once the order is confirmed.

How to get started on a Custom Award?

   Holywell® has skilled creative teams who can help you on your next custom program. Whether you have a general concept or a specific design in mind, we can bring your vision to reality. To being a custom program, we need a theme, a budget, a quantity and a delivery date to get started. A layout instruction page is required as showing the desired placement of logos, images, personalization, copy, colors requested, etc. A layout instruction page may be submitted by fax, paper mailed or emailed. Artwork should of high resolution, clean, crisp black and white line drawings; be at least 100% of scale to the final desired size. Format could be the following: Adobe Illustrator 11.0 (or lower); Adobe Photoshop 7.0 (or lower); and Corel Draw 12 (or lower.).

Packaging:

We apply our Holywell® standard packages as leather case with sponge. All our cases and sponges are tailored by the shape of the awards. We guarantee the elegant awards is safe and sound during any transportation. Custom gift packaging is available upon request.

Product Care：

    Metal awards may be wiped clean with a soft cloth that generally goes with our awards. Never use abrasive cleaners, household cleaners, window cleaning fluids or any abrasive cloths as these can scratch your award.
